In 1999, after completing my apprenticeship, I quickly began to take on responsibility. Whether it was as a journeyman, foreman or later as a master craftsman. I was allowed to realize many great, exciting and challenging projects with my teams. The focus was always on finding a consensus for all participants in order to achieve a solution-oriented execution. I was able to assemble several yachts in the final assembly, which are still considered icons of the yacht scene today.

Later I was able to supervise the equipment in some projects as an assistant up to commissioning (FAT / HAT / SAT). 

A very big advantage is that I have already worked through, supervised and responsibly implemented all the stages of ships under construction myself. Therefore I know where and when to look at a shipyard. In 2017 I could use the chance to develop professionally. I have also done this successfully in another industry up to production manager with about 200 employees. In 2019 I had the opportunity to return to where my heart beats, to shipbuilding.
